NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-009713 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and CHENOWETH, JOHN, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 11, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 909, OF SKYPOINT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED JUNE 1, 2007, AS RECORDED JUNE 4, 2007, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17814, PAGE 346, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 188, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
