NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-004364 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB D/B/A CHRISTINA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY, BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PREMIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and MARK GOLDMAN; CITIBANK, N.A.; BEACHWALK AT TAMPA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
