NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Order dated May 24, 2018, entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 15-005271-CI, in which VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff, and TOSHIAKI MIZUTANI and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TOSHIAKI MIZUTANI n/k/a CLEOSIDA MIZUTANI and Any Unknown Tenants in Possession, Defendants, and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
LOT 2, BLOCK R, FAIRLAWN PARK MANOR UNIT - I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE(S) 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 6813 80th Terrace North, Pinellas Park, FL 33781
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 am on the 28th day of June, 2018, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
