NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 17-006529-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., Plaintiff, and, HOLBERT, JERRY, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of July, 2018, the following described property:
BUILDING B, UNIT 6, BLIND PASS VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED JUNE 24, 2005 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14406, PAGE 1474, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 137, PAGES 34 THROUGH 36, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
