NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Apartment B, Building 2, of MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3665, Page 870, and all exhibits and amendments thereof; and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1621 Mission Hills Boulevard, Unit 2-B, Clearwater, Florida, 33759.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 13, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
