NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 1311, from the Condominium Plat of PENTHOUSE GREENS, THE FAIRWAY, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Pages 10-14, and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4334, at Page 1005, and refiled in O.R. Book 4335, Page 1725, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 225 Country Club Drive, #1311, Largo, Florida, 33771.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 13, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
