NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-001930-CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.comat 10:00 A.M. EST on the 20 day of June, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
