NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 14-007222-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 2004 ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-HE2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE2, is Plaintiff and DAVID A. HESSE A/K/A DAVID HESSE; JACQUELINE L. HESSE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of JUNE, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 6, HOLIDAY PARK 6TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, AT PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
