Unit 904, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 15084, Page 873, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 142, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, TIMOTHY C. SCHULER, Esquire, whose address is 8200 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, on or before 7-6-18, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
