NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-004199-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-A is the Plaintiff and Marcos Dana a/k/a Marcos Aspani Dana; OAFL2, LLC-Series 02; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc.; Mayer Dana; The Intrepid Condominium Association, Inc.; Yacht & Tennis Club Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 704, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE INTREPID, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 21 THROUGH 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JULY 16, 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4882, PAGES 1862 THROUGH 2045, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
