NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2018, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-012645-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-8, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and Dieula Bury Aladin A/K/A Dieula B. Aladin; Hofernio J. Aladin; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Waterford Trails Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 10th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 322, WATERFORD TRAILS PHASE 2, EAST VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 112 THROUGH 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
