NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 30th day of May, 2018, in Civil Action No. 18000043CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which GREGG DIONNE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGG DIONNE, ROBERTA WILLIAMSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTA WILLIAMSON, DEER PASS ACRES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, a Louisiana banking corporation, as successor in interest to CENTURY BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of Court, Charlotte County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 29th day of August, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 10, of that certain subdivision known as Deer Pass Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Charlotte County, Florida, in Plat Book 15, Pages 56A and 56B, Public Records, Charlotte County, Florida.
