A parcel of land in Lots 10 and 11, Block A, CHARLOTTE ACRES, a Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 83, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing 165.20 feet North of the Southwest Corner of Lot 11; Thence North 75 feet, East 103.33 feet, South 75 feet and then West 102.58 feet to the Point of Beginning

AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for interpleader on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before July 13, 2018; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
