NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 11, 2018 in Case No. 2018 CA 27, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will, on July 11, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property in Charlotte County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 305, and the undivided shares in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of CHELSEA HOUSE CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 490, Page 232 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and all subsequent amendments thereto; and the plan thereof recorded in Condominium Book 1, pages 35A through 35C of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
And
Carport Space No. D-15 of Chelsea House of Port Charlotte, a condominium according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, pages 35A through 35C of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
