YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Foreclose a Mortgage on the following property commonly known as 7727 Heyward Circle, Bradenton, FL 34201 and more particularly described as follows:
LOT 40, MAGNOLIA HMMOCK AT UNIVERSITY PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT HTEROEF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE(S) 84 THROUGH 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve of a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Matthew T. Wasinger, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 605 E. Robinson Street, Suite 730, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before 30 days from the first proof of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
