Diane Lapointe aka Elissa Lapointe, Shadow Brook Condominium Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
