NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 4, 2018 in Civil Case No. 41-2017-CA-000708 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and LAURA A. GRIFFIN, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of July, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Begin at the point of intersection of East right-of-way line of State Road 45 (U.S. Hwy 41) and the North right-of- way line of Oneco Road (53rd Ave. West) in Section 11, Township 35 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida, found by measuring from the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of said Section 11; thence North 88°47` East along North right-of-way line of Oneco Road, a distance of 624.20 feet; thence North 124.42 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 75 feet; thence West 125 feet; thence South 75 feet; thence East 125 feet to the Point of Beginning. Reserving the East 25 feet for ingress and egress purposes. Together with ingress and egress over the following described property; Begin at the Southeast corner of the above described property; thence West 25 feet; thence South 125 feet to the North right-of-way line of Oneco Road; thence North 88°40` East, along said right-of-way line 25 feet; thence North 124.42 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
