NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-002506 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V, is Substituted Plaintiff and MARY ELIZABETH DEAR; et al., are Defendant(s).
I, ANGELINA “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on July 10, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Building No. 8, Unit No. 102, of the Village at Townpark, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 2057, Page 3888, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
