NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated June 5, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA001339AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Darrin K. Foil; Bethany A. Foil; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 187 & 188, PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
