NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated June 5, 2018, entered in Case No. 2016CA003371AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Mary T. DeGraw are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH l/2 OF LOT 29, OF BUTTONWOOD SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 98 AND 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
