NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA-001992 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit, in and for POLK County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and ZONDA S. CORBIN, SHADY BROOKE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on July 10, 2018, beginning at 10:00 A.M., at www.polk.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in POLK County, Florida, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH THE MOBILE HOME SITUATED THEREON, WHICH IS AFFIXED TO THE AFOREMENTIONED REAL PROPERTY AND INCORPORATED THEREIN.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
