NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure. Final Judgment was awarded on May 18, 2018 in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-876 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and For Collier County, Florida, wherein, JACKI ROTH and DAVID BOWMAN are the Plaintiffs and Edwin A. Rigaud, Frank Shin, Lisa Shin and EquityLink, Inc., are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 am in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 on this 5 day of July, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
The West 150 Feet of Tract Number 87, Golden Gate Estates, Unit 61, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 86, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, (hereinafter, the “Correct Legal Description”)
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
