BOOK 750, PAGES 955 THROUGH 961, AS CLERK`S INSTRUMENT NO. 394780, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND AN INTEREST IN THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY, APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
