NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2017, and entered in 2016CA003154CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DENNIS C. HUNT and SHARON S. HUNT are the Plaintiffs and MARIE-FRANCE CLUSEL, CHRISTOPHER JOSEPH JONES, and GRAND HORIZONS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants. After giving notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, Paula O'Neil, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on JULY 12, 2018, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 32 and 33, Grand Horizons-Phase One, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 34, Page 99, in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with a 2002 CLAS doublewide mobile home having identification numbers JACFL22985A and JACFL22985B and Florida Title Numbers 0084382492 and 0084382362, which mobile home titles have been cancelled/retired. The mobile home is permanently affixed to the real property.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
