NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 512017CA003171CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is the Plaintiff and CHARLES J. MAMIATIS A/K/A CHARLES JAMES MAMIATIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES J. MAMIATIS A/K/A CHARLES JAMES MAMIATIS, FOREST HILLS EAST CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., PNC BANK, N.A. F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on JULY 12, 2018 at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 18 and the West 5 feet of Lot 19, FOREST HILL EAST, UNIT 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 57 and 58, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
