Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated June 4, 2018, entered in Civil Case No. 2017CC003508CCAXWS, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER THREE, INCORPORATED is the Plaintiff, and DONALD R. PEYTON, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARY J. SIFF, et al., are the Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, PASCO County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NUMBER B, of Building Number 3047, as described in the Declaration of Condominium of Gardens Of Beacon Square Condominium Number Three, recorded in OR Book 539, Pages 91-146, inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, Plat Book 10 Pages 82-83, together with all appurtenances thereto described in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of July, 2018 . Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
