NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 08, 2018, and entered in 2017 CA 004997 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and GEORGIA W. BLACK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 03, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, LOMA LINDA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
