NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 06, 2018, and entered in 2016 CA 004599 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST, SERIES 2006-GP4 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LONIE L. BUCHNER REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED AUGUST 30, 2005 ; TODD BUCHNER, AS PLENARY CO-GUARDIAN OF LONIE L. BUCHNER, WARD; MARK CHMIELEWSKI, AS PLENARY CO-GUARDIAN OF LONIE L. BUCHNER, WARD; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LONIE L. BUCHNER REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED AUGUST 30, 2005; TODD A. BUCHNER; BRADLEY CURTIS BUCHNER A/K/A BRADLEY CURTIS are the Defendant(s).
