NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-000139 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee, for the registered holders of Nomura Home Equity Home Loan, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Marie E. Darbouze a/k/a Marie Darbouze a/k/a Marie Darang a/k/a Enedime M. Darbouze, Deceased; Rulx Darbouze; Marline Darbouze, a minor in the care and custody of Rulx Darbouze; Ismony Darbouze, a minor in the care and custody of Rulx Darbouze; Gentora Darbouze, a minor in the care and custody of Rulx Darbouze, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the July 9, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 & 20, BLOCK 3693, UNIT 50, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 155 THROUGH 162, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
