NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUN 7 2018, and entered in 17-CA-002891 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BETTE DORIS JONES A/K/A DORIS B. JONES, DECEASED; ROXANNE PALMER; WOODROW DANIEL JONES; BONNI J. JONES; MYERLEE GOLFSIDE EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). THE PART OF SAID LANDS HEREBY CONVEYED BEING: APARTMENT NUMBER 3B OF MYERLEE GOLFSIDE EAST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION THEREOF DATED 23 JANUARY 1974, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1019 AT PAGES 1141 TO 1179 INCLUSIVE, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PUBLIC RECORDS.
