NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated June 1, 2018 in Case No. 17-CC-005228 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein BELLA VIDA AT ENTRADA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and DENNIS M. HILTON, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on July 9, 2018. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 8010 BELLA VIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP PR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005000056034, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 3390 DANDOLO CIRCLE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33909.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
