NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, pursuant to that Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2018, will on the 9th day of July, 2018, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chamber 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash, the following-described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Northwest one-quarter of Northeast one-quarter of Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 14, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida, subject to road right-of-way on the South 30 feet.
Also known as 1895 Park Meadows Drive, Lee County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
