NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-005314, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-3, is Plaintiff and PATRICIA D. HOLT A/K/A PATRICIA HOLT; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3RD day of JULY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2, GROVE PARK ESTATES, NO 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
