NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of May, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-005229, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY TOPPING; THE PINNACLE AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE GREGORY TOPPING N/K/A RACQUEL TOPPING; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT (S) and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 9, UNIT 104 OF THE PINNACLE AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 15696, PAGE 1336, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
