NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-006887, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARY IRENE WARNER A/K/A MARY I. WARNER; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 11TH day of JULY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, IN BLOCK 62, OF CLAIR-MEL CITY SECTION “A”, UNIT 5, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, ON PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
