NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (IN REM) dated June 8, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-009193 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and MARQUISHA LAROSA WILSON; THEOPULAS WILSON; PT CAPITAL INVESTMENTS LLC; BELLA TERRAZA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC;, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of December, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (IN REM), to wit:
LOT 23, BELLA TERRAZA TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT, THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 233 AND 234, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
