NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-005226 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Irene L. Aguras, Brockton Place Condominium Association, Inc., Sun City Center Community Association, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of July, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 4 OF BROCKTON PLACE REVISED, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 28710, PAGE 484, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
