YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MARILYN PINES UNIT II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 181-C, WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM V, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Pages 56-58, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4485, Page 1615, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2748 Sand Hollow Court, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 7-18-18, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
