NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 18, 2018 in Civil Case No. 18-000558-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, CITIBANK NA is the Plaintiff, and RICK D. HADDEN A/K/A RICKIE D. HADDEN; DEBORAH J. HADDEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 17, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND KNOWN AS: BEING LOT NUMBER 17 IN HURD'S SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 29 PAGE 55 OF PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
