15-004572-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-1 is the Plaintiff and LINDA SHANKER A/K/A LINDA K. SHANKER; BRUCE SHANKER; LAUREN A. REYNOLDS A/K/A LAUREN REYNOLDS; STONEGATE ENTERPRISES, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF TRUST # 8725 55 ST NO TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 15,2007 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 02, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
