NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2018, and entered in 17-004988-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2006-OP1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OP1 is the Plaintiff and STUART M JONES A/K/A STUART JONES; CRESCENT BANK & TRUST COMPANY; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 10, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
