NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2018, and entered in 17-004983-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2008-FT1 TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FRANK E. GALAVAN, DECEASED; RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 10, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 4182, PAGES 1540 THROUGH 1642 AND PLAT THEREOF ASRECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 57 THROUGH 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
