NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on May 22, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-003642-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and DIANA LYNN BLAKE; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A PEDRO TEJATA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 26, BLOCK C, CHICKASAW WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
