NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 16th day of April, 2018, and entered in Case No : 2017-CA-000405-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE RELATING TO CHEVY CHASE FUNDING LLC MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISE.ES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST ALBERT D. BEASLEY II, DECEASED; ALEXANDRA NICOLE BEASLEY, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ALBERT D. BEASLEY II, DECEASED; THE ISLAND CLUB AT RIO PINAR LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIA TION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 AND TENANT #2, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
