NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2018, and entered in 2016-CA-009272-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and MIGDALIA C. SANTIAGO A/K/A MIGDALLA C. SANTIAGO; VICTORIA SANTOS are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SUBJECT TO A UTILITY EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 5.00 FEET AND THE EAST 15.00 FEET THEREOF.
