You are HEREBY notified that an action to foreclose a lien assessment on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before July 19, 2018; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
