NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17000526CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY LEAK A/K/A GREGORY A. LEAK A/K/A GREG A. LEAK; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; EILEEN A. LEAK and STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are Defendants, Roger D. Eaton, the Charlotte County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of October, 2018, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
