NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 13, 2018 and entered in Case No. 17000719CA of the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST LILA GERLACH A/K/A LILA LEE GERLACH, DECEASED; HOWARD'S POOL WORLD, INC.; LOVELAND COURTYARDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LOVELAND MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; PATTI WATSON; ROBIN HART; CLERK OF COURT OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash website of www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, 11:00 a.m., on July 18, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 3104, LOVELAND COURTYARDS, PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1065, PAGES 156 THROUGH 221, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE III IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1194, PAGE 1081, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
