NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2018, and entered in Case No. 41-2017-CA-003356 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-14, is the Plaintiff and John E. Parker a/k/a John Edwin Parker a/k/a John Parker, State of Florida Department of Revenue, United States of America, Department of Treasury, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10th day of July, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 36 OF HIBISCUS PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, AT PAGES 20 AND 21, OF THE PUBLID RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
