NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 7, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2017CA004895AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ROBERT TRUDELL, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 10, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
